Modular design for embedded insurance cross-selling
Simplesurance connects e-commerce platforms with embedded insurance offers at the point of sale. I led the design of the Master Templates System, solving major scalability and UX issues in how insurance offers were displayed and integrated across 300+ partner shops.
I redesigned it into a modular, server-side rendered system that separated content from layout and enabled personalized, legally compliant insurance offers for the entire consumer basket — from smartphones to bikes and laptops.
