Tradelink is a collaboration platform for logistics. I led design for the Warehouse team, owning key adoption metrics — WAU/MAU, customers’ share of transport, and ARR. My latest responsibility was a major platform update, introducing preliminary and multi-shipment booking capabilities. A fellow designer handled the related booking experience for external collaborators.
This release unlocked the consolidated transport use case for customers across industries, from capital equipment and e-commerce to wholesale and logistics, positioning Tradelink as a segment leader and laying the foundation for long-term platform scalability.
